This is a MONTHLY RENTAL ONLY! Recently underwent a multi-million dollar renovation, our gated community with its beautiful ocean views makes it a top place to stay in New Smyrna beach. The property has two pools, one heated with a large jacuzzi , tennis courts and gym. A grill is provided in the common area.With approx. 1,500 sq.ft. of living space, this unit is located on the 7th floor just steps from the elevator and has also recently undergone some renovation with a new kitchen, paint and carpet. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a walk in closet, 2 sink vanity with walk in shower and tub in adjoining bath.50'' TV and DvD with Sliding glass doors that open up to the porch revealing the beautiful ocean. Bedroom #2 has 2, XL twin beds with spacious walk-in-closet and 32'' tv with adjoining bathroom. Living room is large, with 2 sofas , one that pulls out to a queen bed with 50''TV and DVD player.Sliding glass doors open up to the beautifully tiled porch so you can really enjoy that sunrise or enjoy that nice evening cocktail with an ocean view. Dining area has large table that can accommodate 6 comfortably with 2 pub chairs at the breakfast bar. Free wireless internet with all kitchen ware, coffee pot, serving items provided. Separate laundry room with washer/dryer , all linens and towels are furnished.
