The second floor is an open loft with beds and a children's play area, equipped with a TV and DVD. The detached garage has a spacious upper bunkroom w/Queen and 6 Twin beds, plus full bath. The bunkhouse is closed during the winter season. The main cabin sleeps 12 comfortably plus a pull out couch and portable crib. The living space above the garage sleeps 8. Amenities include 160 feet of private sandy beach. Swimming area has crystal clear water with a gradually sloped sandy bottom.There is a private, shaded deck with table and chairs on the beach. The dock has a large platform with an umbrella and seating. The dock has room to tie down your boat. Property has children's playground/activity center including fort, picnic table, slide, monkey bars, swings and tire swing. Regulation volleyball court, horseshoe pits, ping pong table and badminton will provide hours of fun. The home is surrounded with pine and oak trees. A fire pit will light up the area in the evening with plenty of firewood available. Propane grill is conveniently located near the cabin. A private road accesses the property with parking areas for 6 vehicles. A large very nice pontoon is available for rental.
