Description

We've owned our place at the beach since 2004. Our condo is a ground floor efficiency unit facing the large pool. The ocean is directly across the street. We have a flashing light pedestrian crossing in front of our building for direct ocean access. The ocean is literally steps away right across the street! Even though we are sound side, we are at a narrow part of the island where sound side cottages are on one side and beach front cottages are on the other. Our private walkway puts you right on the beach in a matter of a few steps. We also own the unit next door...just steps away! This unit (VRBO #427563) is also ground floor-pool facing, so if you have two families or just one family wanting to spread out...we offer the perfect solution. Both of our units each have a King Size (new in 2013) bed plus one sleeper sofa (new in 2014). Our condo is located at Bogue Shores Condominiums which boasts a family friendly atmosphere. We are close to everything. While the unit is most comfortable for 2 adults, it is possible to sleep four (4) (with 2 on the bed and 2 on the sleeper sofa). It is a small efficiency which can accommodate 4 individuals (ideally 2 adults plus 2 children) but just keep in mind that it is a one room efficiency so it will be cozy with 4. We have a large adult pool and a separate kiddie pool (w/ new enclosure around baby pool to keep little ones safe). We have a boat launching area where guests can launch their boat for $10 per stay (subject to change per homeowners regulations...so check first please). We also have a floating pier for easy jet ski docking. On the soundside, we have a pier where we love to fish! We hope you enjoy your stay!
