Description

Completely renovated recently from floors to ceilings! Calendar and rates are accurate so you can get a quote and book online without inquiring first, but feel free to reach out with any questions. There are four things that make our condo stand out from the rest: the beach, the location, the amenities, and the style. First and foremost - it's all about the beach! Our unit is on the first floor, so the beach is practically 'in your face'. From the moment you walk in the door, all you see through the 10 foot wide window is the ocean (aka Gulf of Mexico) and the sandy beach beckoning you. The location is central to everything you need. While a car is recommended if you want to venture out, it is not a necessity. Within walking distance is the Winn Dixie grocery store, CVS pharmacy, Dollar Store, recreation complex, miniature golf, ice cream, post office, shops, restaurants, and bars. (See our recommendations). There are also plenty of things to do. Of course, the best is just relaxing on the beach, but if you want a little more action, the recreation complex nearby offers tennis, racquetball, baseball, shuffleboard, basketball, and playground. The complex has a large swimming pool and a hot tub. The outdoor common area is impressive with plenty of seating and a great covered patio perfect for al fresco dining. Also provided are two grills, a common indoor kitchen area, and even a luggage cart to make getting to your room easier. Perhaps what we are most proud of is the style. We just purchased the property and completely renovated it floor to ceiling; bathroom to kitchen. If you like rattan, this is not your place. Our condo is contemporary and decorated in European style. The kitchen boasts a large quartz countertop with no clutter - the microwave and even coffee maker are built in to leave a clean expanse. Sleek slide in stove and stainless steel hood are a cook's dream. Dishes are all top of the line - no cheap aluminum pans here. Dine at the counter, on the portable dining table by the window, out front on the balcony, or what we normally do is dine downstairs by the ocean. The living room is minimalistic to make the beach the focus. The couch is a leather futon that folds down to a bed capable of sleeping one adult or two children. The large 42' smart TV with Netflix is surrounded by built in cabinets holding a DVD player, movies, and guide books on the local shells, birds, and things to do. Two sleek swivel chairs either face the interior or turn for the perfect view of the beach. Off the living room is a built in office alcove featuring a desk and charging station for your electronics. Basic cable and wireless internet provided. The bedroom offers a queen size platform bed with memory foam mattress. Chest of drawers are in the closet to keep the room open. A large window provides a nice view of the beach and ocean. Even the bathroom is stylish with a brand new stand up shower (no tub) and beautiful glass doors. In the laundry room is a washer and dryer for your use along with storage of useful items. We want you to enjoy your stay and come back year after year. That is why we go the extra mile and offer an honor wine bar, spices so you don't have to buy them all, and the little extras like dish detergent. Beach chairs and umbrella are available for your use. Our building is very well maintained and secure. It has an elevator, but being on the first floor has its advantages as the stairs access makes it easy to get to and from the beach. For security reasons, the condo assoc requests background checks on all monthly rentals. Overall, the owners and other guests are very pleasant and the mood of the building is upbeat and positive.
