Look forward to the evenings breathtaking pink and vibrant orange sunsets that will truly be a highlight of your vacation. This home is located in one of the most sought after waterfront areas in Egg Harbor, surrounded by million dollar-plus homes. Within the Point Beach area (just south of the Village of Egg Harbor), you will be secluded on a less traveled road, great for families with young children and those that like to take a stroll around the neighborhood. Enjoy two sand beach swimming beaches within easy biking distance. The new Beach View Park is one of the most desirable sand beaches for swimming, not to mention the playground area, pavilion and the new kayak, canoe and paddleboard rentals. Egg Harbor is the first of a collection of Villages that runs up the thumb of the Door County peninsula. From gift shops to wonderful restaurants to many wineries to galleries to parks, Door County is the place to create vacation memories. You can enjoy fishing, Peninsula State Park or golf one of the 11 golf courses located on the Peninsula. We hope you relax and enjoy this lovely four bedroom, two and a half bath single family waterfront home. Accommodations include; a large and bright waterfront living room with fireplace, dining area (large table with seating for 6), fully equipped kitchen (snack bar with seating) and laundry room. Play cards, games or enjoy the water view from the screened-in porch just off the dining area. The master bedroom has a king bed, and master bath. The master is located on the first floor and faces the water. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and bedroom 4 has two twin beds. There is also a pull-out couch in the living room. The house will sleep 8-10 people. The large back patio includes plenty of outdoor seating, a gas grill and a view like no other.
