Description

Based on our Condo Association Policy, we rent our condo for 2 or 3 week periods at a minimum. This policy is designed to increase privacy and quality for our guests and owners. We rent to just one family during any 30 day period. We provide everything you need for a beach vacation. Our condo is professionally decorated and furnished by Central Floridaâs Robb and Stuckey Designers. The living spaces are tasteful and comfortable and accented with oil paintings and art objects. The unit is over 3500 square feet. It is a second floor end unit located directly on the beach with windows and views on three sides. This It has over 1000 square feet of balconies including a private terrace and sun deck off a guest bedroom on the west side, a balcony off the kitchen, a living room porch facing the beach and a private balcony facing the beach off the master bedroom. There are views of the Atlantic Ocean from all the front rooms, kitchen and balconies and views of the gorgeous Minorca property to the west. Due to it's location and large number of windows and porches the condo has the feel of a large beach house. You will enjoy beautiful sunrises each morning from the Master Bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. A spacious eat-in kitchen has marble counters and SS appliances. There is a lovely formal dining area with seating for eight or more. The living room is very comfortable with two couches, two leather lazy-boy chairs, large coffee table and a well equipped entertainment center. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a lovers lounge chair and ottoman, entertainment center, large walk-in closet, a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub, double sinks and a walk-in shower. There is an office with a large desk, T.V., wireless internet access and a leather convertible couch that comfortably sleeps two guests. One Guest bedroom has a queen bed, and a private full bath. Another guest bedroom can double for children or adults with two bunk beds that sleep four and has a bath and a private balcony entrance. There is a washer, dryer and utility sink in the laundry room. In addition to the four professional tennis courts you will have use of three facilities on the complex. There is the Minorca Pavilion and fishing dock located on the inter-coastal waterway for picnics, gatherings or fishing. There is the Beach Pavilion overlooking the beach. You will also have use of the elegantly appointed Minorca Clubhouse with beautiful furnishings, a pool table, bar, kitchen, entertainment center and comfortable seating. It is perfect for relaxing on your own or for family or friends gatherings. Outside the Clubhouse is a large private heated pool and spa. The Clubhouse includes a well equipped exercise room, rest rooms and saunas. You will also have access to a smaller private heated pool and spa located at the condo and just over the dunes from the beach. The Condo and property is gated with 24 hour security. The condo comes with use of two beach bikes. You will love New Smyrna Beach in Central Florida, one the best kept secrets on Florida's east coast. With small beach-town charm, New Smyrna Beach has great local restaurants, art galleries, shops, deep sea fishing and inshore fishing, excellent surfing, friendly people and best of all, miles of beautiful white sand beaches. Adjoining our property is Smyrna Dunes Park with over 4 miles of walkways and beach trails where you can walk or jog on the beaches and wooden pathways. From the park you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, swimming, picnics, and views of Ponce Inlet and the world famous Ponce Inlet Light House. We provide beach bikes stored next to the secure indoor parking space on the bottom floor of the building near the condo lobby entrance and elevators. You may want to ride the bikes down the beach for lunch at The Breakers Restaurant, a casual local favorite, located on the beach and then stroll down Flagler Avenue among the many shops and sights.
