Welcome to Robin's Landing located in the beautiful Indian River Plantation (IRP) on Hutchinson Island, on the treasure coast in sunny Florida. We are in Riverbend (next to Inlet Village, Riverwood, Bayview), within the Marriott Resort, and among many lovely beaches ... and a few yards from a perfect place to put in and 'land' your sea kayak - hence the name of our second home. Our stunningly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor, end unit condo is not only spacious at more than 1,600 square feet but also inviting. Enjoy your latte on the screened patio while watching the sun rise over the lovely greens of the golf course, then step out and enjoy a stroll through the neighborhoods ...or grab a kayak and paddle the Indian River viewing the wildlife and blue green water...rent a bicycle and ride the Island, if you ride long enough you can stop for a burger at one of the local's favorite burger joint... play golf or tennis ... lay or read by the pool just steps away from the front doorâ¦run the bridges â¦ paddleboard on the river â¦ relax, surf or kite surf the beaches â¦ take surf lessons ... fish on the bridges or in the deep blue sea â after all this is a sailfish capital,...enjoy a game of Scrabble or Catch Phrase â¦ or just sit on the patio and read your favorite pop culture magazine â¦ the possibilities are endless. When you want a little quiet time, head to the secluded front porch with your margarita or iced latte and a good book or your game of 'candy crush' ... If you're into cooking, the gorgeous remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances are at your disposal... Stop by the local markets and fruit and vegetable stand (Barbour Produce) to pick up provisions for seafood pasta, orzo salad, fresh rolls and chilled white wine... If you're into dining out, the restaurants are endless ... We have a list of favorites to recommend...and would love to hear of your favorites after your stay.... from a small local Irish pub where you can watch football and join in the live music to on-the-water restaurants where you can enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sun set. Of course, with all this activity, it's nice to have a full size washer and dryer in the unit to handle all those beach towels, shorts and swim suits.... If you really must connect, there is no landline but there is wifi and a new 46-inch Samsung smart tv where you can not only stream movies but also check your facebook - without the need to connect to your laptop. ... and, at the end of the day, put away your things in the custom closets, cosy up in the two queen beds and say goodnight to another day in paradise ... We hope you love our home and the Island as much as we do....Welcome! P.S. Sorry - we love animals, but no pets. And, although we're from the 'mile high city,' no smoking of any type is allowed. Rates will vary depending on length of stay and season.
