Our little home away from home is perfect for you. 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and one 1/2 bath, just remodeled and decorated for your comfort. Master contains one king bed, and 2nd bedroom has one queen bed and one twin. Master has 32' TV and 2nd bedroom has desk with hard wire internet connection. Private Wifi throughout the property. One of the best features of the duplex is the extra large kitchen where you can get back to enjoying home cooking or find your favorite take out for romantic meals for 2 or the table seats a family of 6. Fully stocked kitchen included, Oven, stovetop, microwave, pizza oven, coffee machine, blender, fridge, juicer, waffle ice cream treat machine, fondue set and more. All linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, DVD movies, Pay per view, and hair dryer provided. Sit back and relax with a bottle of wine or your cocktail of choice at our bar area or lounge in the great room. Great room has couch and 2 recliners, 42' hd television, stereo system. And is viewed from kitchen and bar top table. Sit outdoors on the patio set covered by umbrella, lounge chairs with shade, and bbq on the side of the home. Outdoor shower for your convenience. Gorgeous cape canaveral beach is an easy walk 6 blocks. rent a bike, or load up the car and park right at the beach. Rental facility (bikes, surf boards, paddle boards, chairs, and more) for all your needs will come to you. Surfing lessons also currently offered at our beach by local surfer. You will never lack for things to do here if you wish to stay busy or just curl up and read a book with your music. Close to golf, cruise ships (just extend your cruise vacation to stay at the beach), theme parks, surf lessons, kite surfing, eco-tours, Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jons, Space Center, Cocoa Beach Country Club, shopping, Restaurants, Bars, and never-ending fun. We have added many special touches for you to enjoy your holiday. Experience 80 degree weather in the winter and get away from the snow! There is two (small/medium) car parking in front of the unit. No stairs, No elevators.
