Our non smoking 'beach cottage' is located on the Prime Location top (5th) floor of the prestigious 'A' building, which is right on the beach, and features a large 30 foot wide totally private balcony with unobstructed views up and down the entire beach. It is located on the preferred safe, secure 'no drive' beach. Our 'beach cottage' was completely renovated the fall of 2013, with all new flooring, kitchen cabinets, Kitchen and laundry room appliances, tiled walk in showers, dining room, living room and bedroom furnishings, 55' 'smart' HDTV, all new kitchen flatware. Really, everything is brand new. The balcony features numerous seating options to enjoy the beach's sights and sound; Imagine breathtaking painted sunrises, and moonlit evenings as you reflect on the day's memories; walks and bike rides along the beach, sitting out under the beach tent, watching the Dolphin swim along the shore, or the Pelicans drifting along the ever present sea breeze . The balcony and its panoramic views is open to both the master bedroom, which features a beautiful King sized bed, as well as an open living room, which features a 55 inch 'smart' HDTV, and seating for beach gazing. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, and also has a comfortable 'hide-a-mat' twin bed, as well as a 37' HDTV. There is the capability of netflix streaming on all TVs. A fully stocked kitchen allows for eating in, or take advantage of the numerous local restaurants. Owners offer you the use of their selection of beach towels, tents, and umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach cart. Moontide has a heated pool just steps away, private secured garage parking, and private tennis courts. There is a brand new washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Free high speed internet WiFi service, and free local and long distance telephone service to U.S, Canada, and P.R.
