Located in the wonderful SeaBridge North Condominiums in the private, no drive beach of Ormond-by-the-Sea, this condo was new to the rental market in 2013. It is a very desirable and larger end unit condo with the beach literally a few steps away. It was completely updated in 2013; New furniture, new kitchen, new paint, new bedding, new ....well, you get the picture. Most recently new porch furniture cushions were added (July 2014). Since we love our vacation sleep, we upgraded to an incredibly comfortable memory-foam mattress king bed for the Master bedroom (with Egyptian cotton sheets) along with beautiful furnishings from Bassett. The 2nd bedroom has Double-over-Double Bunks with a pull out Twin trundle, if needed, perfect for another couple or multiple kids. You will absolutely love the totally updated kitchen with granite countertops and new cabinetry that has all the amenities of home. There is even a full size washer and dryer in the unit, so don't bother to over pack. Our favorite feature, the wrap-around balcony porch, has direct view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach with comfortable seating for 6, including a chaise lounge for sun bathing and/or napping. With a keyless, electronic door lock, you will not have the hassle of keeping track of keys. We provide you the code of your choice and that's it! This unit also includes the rare access to a 1-car garage for storage of bikes, sandy beach stuff, a car or motorcycles and more plus additional parking is right out the back entry door to the condo. From leaving your back door, you will only be 75 paces to the sand - Click on the video link to see just how close you will be! This beautiful beach oasis can sleep up to 6 and we have tried to add everything to make your stay as fun and comfortable as possible, including beach chairs, beach towels and more. This is also our family vacation home, so we hope you will enjoy it as much as we have!
