If you're looking for the perfect place to hold a small wedding (75 guests) or family get together, or searching for a home that puts you on nature's doorstep, then River Meadow House is your jam. It has plenty of yard space to host an outdoor wedding (call for more details), and has a log gazebo structure that can serve as an altar with views of the mountains. After the event, the party can head inside to the game room for a pool tournament, movies, and more. After all the excitement available by day, you'll enjoy the relaxing sounds of the stream out back. River Meadow House is also pet-friendly, so bring your dog for fishing in the stream or treat him to 6 acres of trails in the Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve right out back. Located on Peak 7, you can walk uphill about 800 yards to the lifts or park at a trailhead near the lifts (if you can get a spot), but it may be easier to just drive down to the gondola for skiing, which is only about 2-3 minutes by car.
