Eagle River is a top notch summer time destination for your entire family. This 1500 square foot lake home abounds with a design mixture of modern and comfortable amenities, combined with northwoods style furnishings, custom-made quilts, etc. The home was completely renovated just a few years ago, therefore everything is nice and new. The home is situated only 75 feet from the dock. The home is located on the eastside portion of Otter Lake (3rd lake from downtown)on the Eagle River chain of 28 lakes. The home, with cedar throughout, has proven to be 'One of the best guest retreats' we've been told by many who have visited. Please view previous guest's reviews below. The home is nestled deep in the woods, but is also conveniently located just 2 miles from downtown shopping. We have frequent deer herds that visit, so keep the corn feeder full. Our pet chipmunks won't be shy about asking for peanuts either. Sitting out and enjoying the lakeside dock you will lose yourself in the beauty of it all. If you love the water, our pristine 300-acre sand bottom lake connects to a chain of twenty-seven other lakes. Fishing, boating, swimming, jet skiing, water skiing and fishing are the best around. You can dock up to 3 full size boats on our large private permanent pier. We now have a 24 foot pontoon for rent on a weekly basis for an additional rental fee. In the evening time relax by the lakeside fire pit and enjoy the awesome breathtaking western sunset that you are sure to never forget.
