Homeowners association owns its own private island in the sound with a covered pavilion (great for eating lunch and watching the boats go by, watching dolphins feed, or crabbing. It also serves as a great place to launch your kayak). BACK AGAIN FOR 2013...... Neighborhood Trolley....this trolley will be available to transport your entire group to the Aquarium and Beaches from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We also provide private private transportation year around via a street legal Electric Vehicle!!!! You can use our private car to go any where in Atlantic Beach during this time where the speed limit is 35mph or less. We are the only home offering this in Atlantic Beach. That's right..if you rent our home you have access to our neighborhood trolley and you also have your very own private street legal electric vehicle to use while you are there. This makes going to the beach, restaurants, the aquarium, grocery store and other shops in Atlantic Beach a pleasure instead of a chore. While the trolley will be on a set schedule, you can use our Street legal electric vehicle to go wherever you want to go during you stay! This is a non-smoking house and there are also no pets allowed. The house is fully-equipped and stocked with high end furnishings including Kingsdown bedding in all bedrooms, Lloyd and Flanders Wicker in great room, Smart Wired house with high speed (Road Runner) internet in just about every room,as well as wireless internet, a 40 inch LCD in great room, elevator, outside shower, and the list goes on and on. Master bedroom has private kitchenette with balcony that overlooks the pool and has great views of the sound. A great place to enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning or that last cocktail in the evening. The pool is directly behind house. Watch the kids from the deck while grilling your fresh catch.
