Description

On the family-friendly east end of Panama City Beach, our little slice of Paradise has recently been redecorated. It has three large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, plus a spacious living room and dining area with ample room for the entire family. The living room and two master bedrooms all enjoy breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico and direct access to the balcony. The 1441 sq. ft. unit can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably with a king bed in the first master bedroom, a queen in the second master, two full beds in the third bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Each room has a flat screen with cable TV. The living room and third bedroom also have DVD players. To stay connected to the outside world (if you must!), the unit has free WiFi access. The balcony has a spectacular view west from 11 stories up, with the PCB beachfront curling northwest toward the horizon. Enjoy breakfast out in the fresh Gulf air, high above one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and watch the sun begin to turn the water an unbelievable shade of emerald green and the sand a shimmering white. Then, after enjoying the sand and surf all day, relax with a glass of wine as the sun sets into the Gulf, turning the sky from blue, to rose, to purple, then black with countless stars sparkling overhead. After a day like this, you'll understand why we call it our little slice of Paradise. Watercrest is a well-appointed and maintained resort with something to do for everyone. The large pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, kiddie pool and brand new sunning decks all overlook the Gulf. Other on-the-premises amenities include a lighted tennis court, shuffleboard, racquetball court and separate men's and women's fitness centers, all available for guest use on a first come/first served basis. And did we mention the unforgettable beach?! If you haven't noticed, we really love our condo and look forward to sharing it with you. This is a no smoking unit and pets are not allowed.
