Modern âSouth Beachâ style two (2) bedroom (2) bathroom condominium unit on the ground floor in Central Beach. This apartment is just one block from Humiston Park with a lifeguard station and a beautiful picnic park with gazebos. The Quail Valley Riverclub and the Riomar Golf Club are very close by. Fine dining (the Tides, Portobello, Polo Grill, Ocean Grille), a very cool wine bar (Blue star), galleries (Laughing Dog is rated #1), shopping (jewelry, clothes, wine), Chelseaâs on Cardinal (gourmet food shop), spas (Pampered Life, Polished), the Saturday Farmerâs market and our neighborhood mini-mart are all walking distance. If you like to cook, this is the apartment for you. The kitchen has custom cabinets with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with full cooking equipment including a Cuisinart food processor, a Kitchen Aid mixer, wine refrigerator, bread maker, pots and pans, popcorn maker, and anything else you might need (garlic press, of course). The living and dining area has Design Within Reach furniture (including a queen size sleeper sofa), a custom champagne glass and bucket light installation, a liquor and wine cabinet, and a large TV. The room also has sliding glass doors opening to a covered patio and a small separate garden. The doors have a beautiful Delano style sheer white curtains with black out panels behind. The ceilings are pickled cypress. The floors are all travertine. The two bathrooms are custom designed (check out the sink in the master bath). The master bathroom has a Roman shower. The master bedroom walk-in closet and the second bedroom closet are both designed by California Closets. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom and the second bedroom has a Design Within Reach Queen size bedroom set. There are Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, blow dryers, flat iron, you name it, and this apartment has it. The apartment is also full of original art. There is a covered parking space. The lobby is renovated with electronic doors, and there is an outside storage area for beach items. You will feel like you are in a chic, boutique hotel.
