Description
We will not respond to inquiries of less than 28 days! Due to safety issues we could not rent for the past 6 months as constant construction and repair limited use of the home. We have worked diligently since acquiring the property to update and make the home safe. Many of you who rented from the previous owner will immediately recognize our efforts. The spa has been re-plumbed, a 17k ton boat lift has taken the place of the old davit system, new furniture throughout, large flat-screen televisions in every bedroom and poolside, additional storage, storm windows, a new stucco exterior and much more. Because we continue to improve the home we are allowing adults only and no smoking. Continued improvement may limit the number of bedrooms and bathrooms available. Please contact us and we can work around your dates. Important Note: Rentals of less than one month (28 days) are not allowed by Islamorada Village. We will not respond to any inquiries for less than 28 days. County Code Enforcement reportedly will send undercover inquiries to try and bait the owner or manager into negotiating for less than 28 days and then fine them.
