Four Bedroom 4 Bathroom Victorian House and 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Carriage House. This house sports some really amazing things that would be a pleasure for anyone to experience such as an amazing view from any room of the house of the intra-coastal waterway. From this view, while relaxing on the porch swing from the gorgeous Victorian-style porch, you'll be able to see dolphins jumping right before your eyes! You can even go out and get within arms reach on our 270 foot dock, where you may just be lucky enough to see manatees come right up next to the dock. YES, WE HAVE CENTRAL A/C and HEAT! Pack up the kids and coolers and head to the beach two miles away where you can drive on the Sandy Beach. Both the Ormond and Daytona Beaches will allow you to drive along and view the beautiful coastline from the comfort of your car! This complex is great for multi-generational families. You'll have lots of room in the house, yard, and pool to have fun and relax in a tranquil setting. For example, you and your family could decide to play a game of football in our 1/2 acre backyard, while grandma and grandpa snap pictures of the game from the tire swing! For relaxing by the water, not only do you have the option of going to the beach, we also have a state-of-the-art 20x40 screened in Grecian-style pool. The pool area also has a awesome therapeutic spa that fits EIGHT people comfortably. A wheel chair accessible ramp is located right by the carport for easy access to the house. The first floor is fully accessible for a wheelchair to get around. The bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, living room, and both porches can all be accessed by wheelchair. The FIRST floor consists of the library/bedroom with queen bed, spacious living room with a huge plasma TV for viewing, music room, dining room, kitchen, enjoy two different types of porches, A wrap-around and a screened in morning porch, two full size bathrooms, (One is wheelchair accessible) and a laundry room. The floors in all the rooms are hard wood, except the kitchen which has a tile floor. The music room has a brand new 'Baby Grand' player piano and can also be played manually. The library has books, a computer with high speed internet, puzzles, games, cards, and a Queen-size 'Murphy' bed. (Very comfortable if I do say so myself) The SECOND FLOOR consists of the Master Bedroom with a King-size bed and a balcony directly overlooking the Halifax River (Intra-coastal waterway) with 'AWESOME VIEWS'. A second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. In addition, there is a family room upstairs with two Queen-size futons. There are two full bathrooms, one with a four-person jacuzzi tub. At the top of the steps is a sitting room with two antique chairs and an antique secretaries desk. Also, there are laundry chutes for you to throw your dirty clothes into the laundry room from! I hope that you enjoy your stay at our treasured home, we wanted to share the joy that living in this home has brought us, and so we decided to put our home up for rent so that we could share that joy with everyone else. We keep our home in only the best condition that we ourselves would also use. I've done my best to convey the serenity and beauty of our home to you through words, however, my writing does not do this wonderful home justice. I can only hope that you would be able to see and enjoy it in person so that you can capture the true essence of beauty that I could only partially describe through words.
