Second floor Master bedroom with King sized bed and private bathroom. This bedroom also has a private, cozy screened porch. First floor also has large open layout with kitchen, eat in dining area and family room. Living room has just been updated with new furniture and new LED TV. First floor has a large deck with beautiful ocean views and rocking chairs. Third floor has 2 bedrooms each with its own private deck which boast the best views in the house. The children will love the 2 new bunk bed sets in the first bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. These rooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and TVs with cable. Lower level outdoor area has gas grill and outdoor shower. Backyard area big enough to play!
