Located in a private community, this beautiful, spacious waterfront home has 3 wonderful, clean and cozy bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and one and a half bathroom with washer and dryer. Master Bedroom has a top balcony bay view. It has a King bed and full large bath and shower. Guest Bedroom 1 is overlooking the bay with sleep accommodations for 3 to 4 kids or young adults. Guest Bedroom 2 has Queen bed, access to a private bath and shower. In the living room you can kick back on our comfy leather sofa in front of the new 43ââ flat screen HDTV and use our free Wi-Fi. Enjoy the convenience of a private washer & dryer. Kitchen is stocked with all necessary cookware, and silverware for creating memorable meals with friends. All stainless steel appliances, granite look counter tops and a large island table. Enjoy the tropical island theme throughout. You will feel like you are in a island villa but with all of the comforts of home. Take in the outdoors in the porch or second floor balcony, Take in the fresh air . Enjoy time with friends, spend time alone, cooking/BBQueing, happy hours drinks or sit on the second floor tiled balcony with a Gazzebo and spend hours gazing at the calming canal and gorgeous bay ocean (canal access , 1 sec navigation bay access). That's right, Bring your boat and benefit from the waterfront property and 60' dock space. Please careful with the boat, though, as gentle Manatees and Dolphins are frequent visitors here. From the balcony in the villa, spectacular views, all around, await you. A single visit to our villa, the surroundings, the views and you will understand Hemingway's love affair with the Keys. The home is facing the bay with easy boating access to Everglades National Park (Nest Key, flats, etc) and John Pennekamp National Park Coral Reef State Park, America's first undersea park. The finest restaurants close by, fishing and diving reefs are just a short boat ride away from this tropical paradise!!. Within Walking distance you will find a private beach area and loading ramp that belongs to the community. This home is unique, simple and gorgeous in every way!!! PLEASE NOTE: This home is not a spring break destination for underage and/or wild parties. This property is designed for families, couples, girls, guys fishing trips gateaway and professionals seeking a key's comfort destination to enjoy their time away.
