When you enter our newly decorated Phoenix 7 Orange Beach Condo you will be welcomed with views of the Sugar White Sandy Beaches and the Blue-Green Waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo is conveniently located on the ground level so park and enter without the need for elevators. Our Living room is furnished with a large inviting sectional sofa (with queen sleeper) for enjoying the 50 inch HD Flat Screen TV and DVD and also the wonderful sounds of waves rolling onto the shore. The Dining room has seating for 6 and the Breakfast Bar has seating for 3. The newly finished granite kitchen is fully equipped even for the gourmet cook in the family. You can be in the kitchen and enjoy the beach view will preparing meals for the beach goers. The sliding glass doors open onto the beach and pool front balcony. Enjoy your first cup of coffee while watching the deep sea fishing boats go through the jetty. Then after a sunny day on the beach sit back a relax with your evening cocktail as the sun settles over the horizon. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King Bed with large HD Flat screen TV and DVD. The Master also overlooks the white sandy beaches and has a sliding glass door that opens onto the balcony. The Guest bedroom is furnished with 2 full size beds to accommodate 4 people with private bath. This room also has 32' Flat Screen HD TV and DVD Player. There is a Washer and Dryer; Iron and Ironing Board in the condo. All linens are provided. Just bring your BEACH TOWELS AND SUNSCREEN. We are presently in the mode of completely redecorating and just waiting for our new Dining Table and Guest Bedroom Chest. Watch for our updated picture as the rest of our furniture arrives. The complex is equipped with Large outdoor pool, indoor pool, fitness room, sauna, tennis courts, racquet ball courts, grills, and WiFi. Orange Beach is a wonderful small Beach Village with all the conveniences. Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Shopping, Movie Theaters, Water Rides, Parasailing, Sailboarding, Jet Skiing, Dolphin Cruises, Deep Sea Fishing are all available. There is no need to look elsewhere. Once you have visited Orange Beach, you will not be able to wait for your return vacation.
