The Condo is in the middle of all the fun activities of Gulf Shores, offering a nice landscaped pool area. The unit has new, attractive furnishings including a king and queen bed, as well as a queen sofa bed. This unit also has brand new tile installed. Everything you need is provided in the unit. Just bring your swimsuit! This condo is located within walking distance just .7 miles west of the 'T' in Gulf Shores. You will feel just close enough to all sorts of activities Gulf Shores has to offer, yet just far enough away from it all. Come enjoy our beach getaway, and be prepared to truly unwind and enjoy your vacation. 40% Deposit of condo rental amount required upon reservation. There is also a $300 security deposit, but if you choose to pay a non refundable damage fee in the amount of 50.00 which covers accidental damages up to an amount of 300.00, we will waive the security deposit. Cancellation Policy To cancel a reservation, the guest named on the rental agreement must notify us either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservation fee will be forfeited on all canceled reservations. If you cancel your reservation less than 60 days prior to the arrival date the reservation deposit and reservation fee is non-refundable. If we can re-book the unit for the same dates, you will be refunded the amount at which the unit was re-booked, even if it is a lesser amount.
