Greetings from the Seamark. Step outside the unit, walk 15 steps and enjoy the beach! This stretch of the beach is so quiet you would think that it is your own private beach. Your unit is on the FIRST FLOOR with reserved parking space 5 feet from your front door! When you are moving your luggage in and out of your car, it is so nice to unpack quickly. Inside you will enjoy sleeping on a king size pillow top bed, and your guests or children can sleep on the pull out queen size sofa sleeper. Your unit is completely furnished with these amenities: 2 flat screen televisions with cable, dvd player, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave oven, blender, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, beautiful walk in shower, dual flush toilet, and lots more.We are one of the few places that allows dogs, as long as they are under 30lbs and house trained. We do not allow smoking inside our unit. We are approximately 3 miles north of Melbourne Beach and 10 miles south of Cocoa Beach. Within 2-3 blocks, walking distance there is a movie theater, Publix grocery store, hardware store, multiple restaurants, bars, and a shopping plaza. We do have a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM, no over-nighters, our cleaning service cost $60 to clean a room, so it is not fiscally possible to rent for 1 or 2 nights.
