Description

Our condo is in Cathedral City conveniently located between Palm Springs and Palm Desert near Highway 111. It is situated on the 9th hole of the gated-community of Cathedral Canyon Country Club with views of the San Jacinto Mountains from the patio. It is a one story end unit with two-car garage. The community heated pool and Jacuzzi is located directly across the street in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Golf, tennis and club house with restaurant are nearby. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and an on-suite bath/dressing area. The second bedroom has two twin size beds and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the den. The master bath has a large shower and is equipped with safety hand bars and high profile toilet. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination with safety hand bars. There is an eat-in, fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining room and large, open living room which opens onto the patio. The patio has a gas barbeque and large patio table with umbrella. There is a flat screen TV in the living room with DVD player and HBO channels (living room only). There is a recliner-type sofa in the living room and a motorized recliner. The condo is equipped with internet, printer, wi-fi, four TVâs (two flat-screen) and three DVD players, and cordless phone with answering machine and free telephone access within US and Canada. This is a very comfortable and well kept family-owned condo and we are looking for renters who will care for it as well as we have. We have rented to snowbirds in the past who have really enjoyed the location, weather and activities. We would prefer renting for periods of one to four months and do not rent to weekenders.
