We invite you to come and relax in our serene beach cottage style condo. Watch the sunrise in the mornings and the sunset in the evenings as you listen to the peaceful sounds of the gulf from our beach front balcony. The views of the gulf and pass are amazing! Our unit is comfortably decorated with new furnishings throughout. We have flat screen TV's in the living room and all three bedrooms. There are 2 DVD players in the unit for those nights you want to stay in and watch your favorite shows, sporting events or movies. The dinning room comfortably seats six and there are two bar stools at the granite bar nearby for additional seating. The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is stocked with all the conveniences of home. We have done our very best to provide everything you could want or need to prepare your favorite meal, frozen drink and/or coffee. There is a full size upgraded washer and dryer for your convenience. The condo comfortably sleeps 8. The master bedroom faces the Gulf and houses a pillow top king size mattress. You will enjoy a wonderful nights sleep before you head out for your day at the beach. If you choose, have breakfast in bed while enjoying the beautiful views of the beach and gulf from the large sliding glass doors that access the gulf front balcony. The second quest bedroom houses a new king firm plush mattress. The third bedroom has a queen mattress and daybed with trundle. Our Condo is located close to grocery shopping, wonderful restaurants, amusement parks, souvenir shopping, walking/bike trails in the State Park, and boat launches for boating in the bay and/or gulf. Phoenix VII complex offers all the amenities you could want with indoor/outdoor pools, several indoor hot tubs, sauna, well equipped exercise facility, outdoor grills, game room, tennis/basketball courts, racquet ball courts. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the summer season for daily or weekly rentals.
