Property Address: York Street between 12th & 13th, Denver Colorado Updated 2 bed 2 bath condo in a small building with a security entrance. Located on the ground floor, this condo has hardwood floors, granite countertops & stainless steel appliances, including a built-in microwave oven. We've tastefully decorated the apartment in a contemporary style with top quality furnishings, and it comes equipped with a 40' flat screen TV, DVD player and free WiFi access...all you need is your laptop and cell phone as there is no land line installed. The inviting master bedroom comes complete with a plush queen bed, luxurious linens and comfy pillows; the second bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with two cozy, twin beds that are just as wonderful for a great night's sleep. The washer & dryer are inside the unit, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Ideally located just a short drive from downtown Denver, you'll find it's close to all the shopping at Cherry Creek, and is walking distance to the Botanical Gardens and Cheesman Park. There are many fine restaurants and eateries near enough to try as you explore all Denver has to offer. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this condo is a terrific alternative to staying in a hotel. We're looking for courteous, responsible guests only who enjoy a quiet environment.
