Ground floor - Beautiful tiled entry and large bedroom with twin over queen bed bunks sleeping up to 6. Outside the main area is the gas grill and seating in the shade plus a private hot and cold shower. Second Level - Open living area with very spacious, fully equipped kitchen, with new fridge, dining area, living area with large screen TV, blue ray DVD player, and walkout to the deck with stairs down to ground level. Main floor bedroom has a new king bed and entrance to a full bath also accessible from the hall. Just outside the bedroom is the door to the small deck off the front of the house with beautiful views of the front garden area and side view of the beach and Gulf. Full sized laundry room is also conveniently located on this floor. The main outside deck has dining space for 12, a pet gate across the stairway and stairs to gas grill and beach access. . Upper Level - Beachfront master king bedroom with walkout to the private upper beachfront deck, spacious master bath with double vanities, jetted tub and separate tiled shower. Side windows provide an awesome up the beach view for miles. Take your morning coffee out on the deck and watch the shoreline and beach from the comfort of your lounge chairs. Master bedroom has large flat screen TV and blueray DVD player. Second king bedroom has own TV/DVD player and has entrance to full bath which is also accessible from the hall. Three master bedrooms with new upgraded king beds and own full baths await you.
