This unit has amazing Ocean Views from the living room and sliding doors to the patio with chairs to watch the sunrise and hear the ocean waves. The Living room has a Queen sleeper, loveseat, 40 inch Flat screen Digital HD TV with Sports Pass and Blu-ray Player and a secure WI-FI connection. Large Master has a KING Bed, Dresser, night tables with lamps, 32 inch flat screen TV, large walk-In closet and full UPDATED bathroom with shower. Beautiful ocean view. Open the window and hear the waves. This room has a great Ocean View as well. Second bedroom has Queen bed and twin bed, dresser, Closet, night table with lamp and Separate BATHROOM just updated with new toilet and vanity. Both bathrooms have Hair Dryers. Your can easily enjoy cooking in this Kitchen while you watch the ocean waves. The kitchen is fully equipped with Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator with Ice-maker, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Blender, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Can opener, Crock pot, George Foreman Grill and all the utensils and dishes you need including Wine Glasses, Corkscrew and potato peeler. Everything you need to fix a meal or prepare a drink and snack! The Dining table seats four. There are two bar stools at the counter. There is a separate laundry room with front loading washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Have all your laundry done Before you go home! All the conveniences of home. This is a Non-smoking unit. NO PETS allowed. Most Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. SELF CHECK IN ON ARRIVAL/No Check in counter just get there and unlock the door! There are also Beach Chairs, beach toys, Boogie Boards, towels, umbrella, and small cooler for your pleasure or fishing in the Halifax river. It is a few blocks west and has fishing piers. We have games, Monopoly, Sorry, Uno and playing cards as well as chess and checkers and DVD's for your entertainment as well. This is a quiet, well maintained complex with assigned parking at your door! No stairs to climb! No need for shopping cart or elevator with this unit. ONLY ONE ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE There is a newly renovated swimming pool with lounge chairs, tables and on-site bathrooms. There is private access to the OCEAN where you can watch the sunrise, swim, surf, collect shells, watch dolphins, fish, play in the sand or just lounge under your umbrella!! Easy access to area attractions and lots of activities. There are many excellent restaurants nearby. We have a book in the condo with all the area attractions, entertainment, restaurants, grocery and shopping etc. There is a sidewalk for walking and biking along A1A right in front of our building. There are many tourist activities south on A1A such as Mini Golf, Daytona Lagoon Water park, Ponce Inlet Light House as well as a DRIVE-ON beach area. We are located 20 minutes from Daytona International Speedway, 1 1/2 hours from Disney World, Universal Studios and the Kennedy Space Center or Lego land and an hour from St Augustine's.
