Between the Eastern Promenade and the Old Port stands Munjoy Hill, a friendly, colorful neighborhood with restaurants, a local foods grocer, cafes, art center. Munjoy Hill is a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Port's shopping, restaurants and nightlife ('downtown') - and a 5-10 minute walk to the grassy fields, playground, and beach at the Eastern Promenade (Portland's prettiest waterfront park.) We have two penthouse apartments available as vacation rentals. They are both 2 story apartments located on the 3rd and 4th floors with internal staircases. This apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double,) and 2.5 bathrooms (1 custom tile shower off the Master bedroom, 1 bathtub/shower on the 3rd floor, half bath on the 4th floor). Both 3rd floor bathrooms have radiant heat. The fourth floor is an open floorplan with kitchen, dining and living space. There is also a laundry room and powder room on the fourth floor. The fourth floor deck has panoramic views overlooking the whole city, the harbor and the back cove.
