Description

The Bonnie Bungalow is located in a quiet, leafy, close-knit neighborhood of historic, early 20th century bungalow homes, many built during the Arts & Crafts period. Tucked in the deep shade of the California Oaks that line its streets is a little bit of paradise awaiting you. The Bonnie Bungalow is a Craftsman-style house built in 1911 and known as a California bungalow. The architecture reflects a movement away from ornate Victorian sensibilities to simpler structures in harmony with nature through the use of materials such as river rock and redwood shingles, and by including wide verandas and expansive windows. This Bungalow is a historic gem set in the midst of Pasadena. The Bungalow features three configurations and can be booked separately: Bonnie Bungalow (3 Bed) - 3 beds, 2 bath, sleeps 8 Bonnie Bungalow (2 Bed) - 2 beds, 1 bath, sleeps 6 Bonnie Studio - 1 bed, 1 bath, sleeps 2 These configurations are achieved by simply blocking off a portion of the house being that the floorplan is conducive to doing so. The Bonnie Bungalow has all the conveniences of a modern home with the ambiance of a historic get away. 9 foot ceilings and hardwood floors are awaiting you. Every bedroom has a TV and there's a 54inch TV in the living room. You have ATT Uverse to provide entertainment and wireless internet for your use. You can also access unlimited videos on the internet through the DVD player attached to the TV in the living room. The kitchen features granite countertops, a 1940s Wedgewood gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans, dishes, Ninja food system, etc. The original door hardware has been refinished down to the door hinges. There are several coffee shops and food/entertainment within walking distance from the Bungalow. The Gold line metro is a 10 minute walk and your gateway to the entire city of Los Angeles.
