Wonderful memories will be had while vacationing in our new, family friendly ocean-side town-home called âIsland Breezeâ, located at 219 W Terminal Blvd, Atlantic Beach, NC. This property reminds us of the tropical islands with its sun swept beaches and the tropical breezes that bustles from the ocean across the land. It is a perfect place for a two-family getaway. âIsland Breezeâ is brand new construction and is professionally decorated for fun, relaxation and rejuvenation; loaded with ALL NEW FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES! Parking can be had both at the front and back of the building. It can comfortably sleep 8-10 people. It is an END UNIT of a Triplex, and the 4th BUILDING on the 2nd ROW FROM THE OCEAN. The reverse floor plan gives you spectacular views of the ocean and from the deck of the Captainâs bedroom (4th floor) you will be awed by the beautiful sunsets, which is surely something to look forward to. There are four (4) generous size bedrooms, each having their own private full bathrooms. The first level is your entry/foyer, laundry room and guest bedroom with a double bed. On the second floor there is one bedroom with a queen size bed and another bedroom with two (2) bunk beds which your children and/or young adults will absolutely enjoy. Another flight of stairs will lead you to the kitchen and dining areas. The dining table sits 8 (4 chairs and 4 counter stools). Adjacent is the great room and off to the side is a half bathroom. The fourth level is a large open bedroom (with a queen size bed) and sitting area with an oversized couch. There is High Definition programming; flat screen televisions in the family room and in each of the bedrooms (with the exception of the bedroom with the bunk beds. As a plus, we also have HBO programs available in each room. Do you need HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS? Simply bring your laptop and connect to the internet using our complementary Wi-Fi! There is NO extra charge for surfing the Net! There are large, covered, rambling decks on all floors. Stepping outside you will first feel the breeze bearing down upon you with caressing embraces and whispers of âwelcome to paradiseâ. You will also be captivated by the gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean. For sunbathers you will find yourself in an open spa, where communication with 'ole sol' will be to your heart's content while lying or sitting out on your own private decks. The inviting blue ocean is ONLY a 2 to 3 minute stroll via a private walk-way for uncrowded swimming, shell seeking, sand-castle building and dream-making. Eateries, shopping and things to do are close by, without intruding on your enjoyment of this special time. âIsland Breezeâ is absolutely perfect whatever your desires, be it a getaway holiday, honeymoon or even a small select conference.
