Our St. Joe River Retreat is located at the east end of the historic town of Avery, Idaho and sets within 200 yards of the confluence of the St.Joe and the North Fork of the St.Joe Rivers. The home offers a family atmosphere and privacy not found in most other accomodations in Avery or the St. Joe valley. It is nicely equipped to provide you comfort in a remote setting and is outfitted to comfortably accommodate six. There are two bedrooms each furnished with a full size bed. The living room area provides a couch that expands into a comfortable queen bed. There is one bathroom with a shower. Bedding, linen and bath towels are provided. The home is equipped with high definition television and has playstation hookups and a DVD player. There is a full kitchen providing a dining table, range, over range microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, and toaster along with all the necessary cooking and eating utensils. There is a full laundry facility with both washing machine and dryer. The telephone is free for your use for calls within the United States. The sliding door from the kitchen leads to a deck and grassy backyard with a BBQ. Visit Avery in the summer to fish, kayak, raft, bike the Hiawatha trail, backpack and pick berries. Come in the fall to hunt. Come in the winter to snowmobile, cross country ski and snowshoe. Come anytime to experience nature at its best in a slow laid back environment.
