You are sure to enjoy this wonderfully equipped vacation rental, East of Highway One, approximately 3/4 of a mile walk to the beach and boardwalk, 2 blocks from restaurants. This gated community has a large centrally located swimming pool great for before or after beach time! The house itself is beautiful and well maintained. It is very well laid out; noise does not travel easily from floor to floor, allowing early risers to rise and late sleepers to sleep. The spacious bedrooms comfortably sleep 10. Cable TV & WiFi available. Every bedroom has its own attached bathroom making this home perfect for families or large groups. On the first floor there is a washer and dryer, master suite with bathroom and queen size bed. The entire second floor open living space includes hardwood flooring, the living room with 60in. LED flat screen TV and DVD player, half bath, dining room with seating for 8-10, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and deck with gas grill. There are two master bedrooms on third floor with queen size beds, one of which includes a deck. The fourth level is The Grand Master Suite with beautiful Jacuzzi style tub, double sinks, private toilet area, and sun deck. This bedroom has a queen size bed and two twin beds. Driveway parking for one car and additional parking available. Several beautiful beaches within biking distance, both upscale and family restaurants within walking distance, shops within walking distance, and Funland for kids! Bike to the outlets.
