Home is in like new condition so we ask that no pets / no smoking be adhered to. Guard gated community with pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Perfect area for walkers and bike riders. Just need your clothing, clubs and tooth brush. House is stocked with cookware, linens, towels, etc. Den has trundle bed for overflow company. 6 mos. lease required by association. You can stay for that long or just the minimum of 90 days. Renter must be approved by association via application. This is not a home with a lot of rental turnovers, therefore it is very well kept / like new. Exit cleaning fee. Serious parties can preview the home in person if desired.
