Welcome to our completely upgraded and remodeled luxury condo. Our open kitchen and spacious living area is 1901 sq ft. This is a professionally decorated transitional look to create a feeling of calm and comfort. The 'L' shaped sofa is comfortable to watch the 44' flat screen TV. A king bed in a spacious master suite with a 32' flat screen TV and beautifully tiled bathroom with new fixtures and cabinets. The guest room has a California king bed with an attached fully remodeled bathroom. The den has a sofa that converts to a double bed and a 44'' flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a Keurig coffemaker to start your day! The South facing patio has a table, chairs and 2 chaise lounges to enjoy the sun! There are 3 bicycles with helmets and a golf cart is available to drive only within the community roads (required liability release form signed). You may use the spa and dine at the restaurant but We DO NOT have golf, tennis or fitness MEMBERSHIPS.
