The office offers a desk, printer, couch, TV and Wi-Fi throughout the house. It's the perfect get away for quick checks of email or a working vacation with gorgeous views of the water and sun galore. The home has 5 TVs (3 of which are flat screens) a 2 car garage and fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, 1 integrated VCR/DVD player, stereo system, central vacuum, washer and dryer and pool side grill. The home is located in one of the most desirable South Beach gated communities on the Island and features 2 tennis courts, 2 large lakes and a beautiful marina on the river.
