This brand new pristine beach house contains three bedrooms, three baths, a beautiful well stocked kitchen with granite counters and gorgeous cabinets. There are two tiled walk-in showers and one tub for the children with shower. An office with fax, internet, and wireless will keep you connected to your office as well as unlimited long distance calling within the U.S. The master suite contains a queen bed with private bath with a walk-in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom contains two singles. It also has a private bath with tub and shower. There is a sofa sleeper with queen bed in the office with large television. The office will keep you well-connected with fax, wireless and unlimited long distance calling. Downstairs there is a wall-mounted sixty inch television for the adults. Games with game table will keep the children busy on rainy days. Two balconies, both of which are covered, provide protection from the hot sun and rain showers. The view is unparalleled. Large windows fill the gulf side. One view of the Gulf of Mexico and the other the bay with large windows as well. Cape San Blas is well-known for the friendliest people in Florida. Also, the fishing is famous here. Our location is known for the best fishing location. Kayaking, shelling, crabbing, and scalloping are just a few of the activities to be enjoyed. We also have a new bike path which runs the entire length of the Cape. Bikes are available for rent. There is always something going on of interest in nearby Port St. Joe. Proximity to Panama City provides even more interesting events. Our restaurants here will not disappoint. It is all waiting for you. Return home in the evenings to a cottage which will be hard to leave. We share a private walkway with the house next door. Come on, let's watch the sunset. It is right in front of your house. The sunrise is also right in front of your private balcony. All you need are your beach chairs and towels. We have a private raised shower outside to remove the sand then paved walking. The area under the house is a great place to enjoy a drink and catch the breeze. An outdoor charcoal grill is provided as well as two large rockers and heavenly swing when you need a break from the beach.
