Tucked away on the eastern slopes of Mauna Kea, our Paauilo ranch home is nestled at the base of a 7000 acre working cattle ranch. The ranch was established back in 1974 and grazes approximately 1300 head of Angus, Charolais, and Hereford cattle. Escape from reality as you take in all that nature has to offer from breathtaking ocean and mountain views, grazing cattle and horses, to the beautiful red, yellow, and orange Ohia trees. Our peaceful retreat is your perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Centrally located between the two major tourist areas; it is a forty minute drive to Hilo and twenty minute drive to Kamuela.
