Upon entering this 3 bedroom, 3 one-half bath condo with additional sofa sleeper, you will feel the relaxing but sophisticated atmosphere. The living area is decorated with 2 leather sofas, and a large 50 inch Plasma Screen TV along with its floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, stereo system and ice-maker complement the living area. The patio features a large 6 setting patio table and a comfortable chase, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This condo's master bedroom opens to a large sitting area and patio with breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The two other bedrooms are outfitted with queen beds, and all the bedrooms have a TV. From the time you step out of your car and enter the lobby, you will feel you are in a tropical paradise. This unit is located in the best location in the building, from the large patio, master bedroom, and family room you will have amazing views of the Gulf and Beach. Enjoy a swim in the beach side pool, while the kids spend hours enjoying the beach. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. There is a large state of the art exercise room. Hot-tubs, and Sauna The utility room is furnished with a full size washer and dryer. You have covered parking in the garage. *Plus cleaning and tax. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit. Dr. Patterson called and/or emailed every time there was a question. We walked in and my daughter's comment was ' I want to live here, which got a big grin from her husband. My son and his wife as well as my husband and myself so enjoyed not being crowded in the elevator. We had the ourdoor indoor pool and tennis court by ourselves. My 2 son-in-laws and daughters plus a 1 year old had a wonderful time even if we did lose our beach area to Ike! The sound of the waves from the room was really nice. They said it was so quiet and easy to sleep in the two front bedrooms. There were not many people staying there the week we were there which makes it nice. Communication with Dr. Patterson throughout the booking process was great and checking in at the condo was painless. 1204 was clean, well appointed, and the view from the 12th floor is spectacular! Other highlights include: - The pool. It was never crowded! - The BBQ area was excellent. Grilling at the beach was lots of fun. - Covered parking.
