Property amenities include high quality furnishings, high ceilings, window treatments including plantation shutters, and tile flooring throughout the unit including slate/tile on the balcony. Completely renovated bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. Updated kitchen with black granite countertops and tiled backsplash and bar. Travertine walk-in shower in master bath with travertine flooring, free standing cabinet with granite top, framed mirrors and new light fixtures. Guest bath has also been completely renovated with added touches of travertine flooring, tile in the bath area, framed mirrors and new light fixtures. Master bedroom looks directly onto the Gulf and has double pocket doors opening onto the living room. Mirrored walls in the living room reflect the sunrises as you wake up in the morning. Guests request unit and book on referral of family and friends. Enjoy! You may check in beginning at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 10:00 p.m. during the summer months.
