Community club house with both indoor and outdoor pools, game room, tennis, day-dock for small boat or fishing, fitness room, beach shuttle (weekends/holidays in season only). Deposit for club-house pass, $25.00 dollar recreation fee per person per week; children under 4 years of age free and must be accompanied by an adult.
