This 3500 square foot house was custom designed by an artist in a peaceful neighborhood yet minutes away from sports and ocean. The lanaii covered swimming pool and patio allows for outdoor entertaining with a peek at the river traffic floating by. Inside the contemporary furnishings are whimsical, comfortable and fun! As you enter through the 10 foot high double doors your eyes are taken by the blast of color in the living room, then the blue pool and then the river behind. When you move into the kitchen, the wide open spaces for cooking flow into the eating area with its gathering height seating for eight. Also in this huge space is the entertainment area with lounging couch and 72 inch LED TV. Outdoor living is one of the great things about Florida and dining al fresco at our large stone table for eight beside the pool is even greater! Please note that experience has shown that for comfort a maximum of 6 adults is acceptable. Our extended family is 6 adults and 4 kids and the house if perfect for us!
