This apartment is located in the Beach Villa building furthest south, overlooking dense foliage and palms on one side. While very few Beach Villa apartments are available as rentals, this one's intimate location makes it especially desirable. You enter the condo directly from the elevator to an entry foyer flowing to a large dining room/living room combination. Eight adults can sit comfortably at the glass-top dining table. The living room features an overstuffed couch, love seat and chair (all new) and a 50' Toshiba TV (new), DVD player and cable with premium cable services (e.g. HBO) included. The master bedroom offers a king sized memory-foam bed and large windows looking directly down at the beach. Each of the three bedrooms opens to private terrace, all screened. Two of the terraces face the ocean and have sliding glass doors. The third bedroom terrace overlooks the pool and doubles as an office. Your condo includes a 2 car garage (very rare at Sea Oaks) on the ground floor of the building. It's just a 2 minute walk to beach or the pool/ jacuzzi. Sea Oaks is a five-star private beach and tennis gated community in Vero Beach. Sea Oaks stretches from the Atlantic ocean to the Indian River inter-coastal waterway (called the 'lagoon') . Lush tropical landscaping and century old sea oak trees are everywhere. There are 16 hard-tru tennis courts (impeccably maintained), a tennis pro-shop with 4 pros on staff, and a private beach club with lunch and dinner service. Activities at the beach club include a BBQ on Wednesday evenings and happy hour on Friday evenings where residents and guests gather to socialize and make new friends. Enjoy frequent pro exhibition tennis matches. Tennis clinics are offered for all levels of play. Sundays include free movie nights. There are walking paths throughout the community as well as a marina for fishing and kayaking. Numerous social activities are ongoing during the season. A two million dollar fitness center and community center opened in 2009. The Sea Oaks style is sophisticated, casual and unpretentious. Membership entitles all renters unlimited use of all the facilities at no charge. Food and beverages are billed separately.
