This home has been in our family for over 60 years and we are happy to offer it as a short-term rental to out of town guests. MEDICAL CENTER HOUSING (ANSCHUTZ, CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL, CU TRANSPLANT CENTER) One of our family members underwent a huge life-changing surgery at University Hospital. One day, while in the waiting area, we engaged in a conversation with another patient who had traveled from out-of-state for the same surgery. A vision was born. Our heart is to provide a comfortable home at an affordable price, whether you are visiting Colorado for medical needs or for many of the other things our state has to offer. Dick??s Sporting Goods Park is often her home away from home and inspired a second option for those traveling with teams from out of the area. ??Grace??s Space? is an 8-bed add-on option for sporting teams and other organized teen groups visiting Denver. For /night (June 1 - Aug 31), or an additional /night (on top of our advertised standard rates Sept 1 - May 31), you get full access to the house PLUS the bonus 8-bed bunk room named after our sweet Grace. YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN THE DENVER AREA! Think of it as summer camp meets the modern conveniences of a beautiful home?? This home will be available for rent starting March 1st.
