This house is a totally furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath house on 2 acres, and the owner is not on the property as in some vacation rentals, this is a private house, there is 1296 square feet under roof. Everything is included; all appliances, including washer / dryer, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, towels etc. Just bring your suitcase. This is a non-smoking house and no pets are permitted. Located close to Volcano National Park, and just 14 miles from Hilo. There are many adventures to explore in East Hawaii such as Akaka Falls, Natural Hot Ponds, Rainbow Falls, and there are black and green sand beaches close. The bedroom has one comfortable bed with a queen size pillow top mattress and a walk in closet. The living room has sleeping for two, on a sleeper sofa with turns into a double bed and a futon which is also a double. The dining area consists of a 4 seat dining table and a kitchen bar. The bathroom has walk in shower and a whirlpool tub. There is a back area for BBQ and a front porch. There is covered parking for one car.
