You'll love how quiet it is despite being only 7 minutes to 'the Island' of Minocqua. BEDROOMS Bedrooms- 1 bedroom with queen bed, vanity with mirror, 40'' hd tv and dvd player. 1 bedroom with queen bed, vanity with mirror, tv and dvd player 1 bedroom with two queen beds, vanity with mirror, extra twin air matress. Tv and dvd player. KITCHEN You'll love the open floor plan kitchen that flows into the living room and the magnificent views of the lake. The kitchen is completely equipped with a electric range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, waffle maker, and pancake griddle. All of the cooking/baking pots pans and utensils you could use are also ready for you. All of the dinnerware, plates, glasses and utensils are also included. LIVING SPACES The home features a very nice living room complete with brand new leather furniture, a 50'' HD TV with satellite TV, SMART blue ray internet connected DVD player. Home features a fireplace and central air conditioning will keep you cool in mid Summer. A laundry room with washer/dryer and tub near front entrance. Enjoy eating on the large deck with patio furniture that overlooks the lake. A Weber gas grill is available too. Downstairs is a large rec room to play in with two bar level tables for cards, a professional pool table, a 60'' Smart TV with blue ray DVD player and in ceiling stereo system connected through the TV with access to many APPS for the whole rec room. OUTSIDE and RECREATION Just steps outside the lower level entry, you'll find a large open grass lot featuring a nice fire pit with seating for 10 people. A few steps further and your on your way down the beautifully landscaped brick paved steps to the lake. At 1 of our 2 piers there's a shallow sand area to play in but âAdventure Islandâ only 400 yards from our pier, has a full sand beach and rope swing into the lake, making this a great place for kids to explore. Available at all times are 4 kayaks and a paddle boat. There's a 12ft. Lund fishing boat with a 6hp Mercury motor for the fishermen at the pier. This two lake chain is one of the areas exceptional lakes for muskie, bass, northern, walleye and panfish. You'll be able to watch the eagles in their nest from the pier only 50 yards away and regularly see them perched in the trees or flying over the lake looking for their next meal. At night, view the stars and enjoy S'mores and marshmallows around the campfire.
