There are 2 25-unit buildings separated by a lushly landscaped courtyard featuring a large swimming pool with poolside bathrooms and picnic tables. This complex is one of the gems of this stretch of gorgeous white beach. It is centrally located, has friendly neighbors and is virtually crime free. Property restrictions require a minimum 30 day rental. This doesn't mean you must only rent in full months. For example, you could choose a 31-day, 45-day, 77-day, 101 day or 277 day rental period - BUT the minimum period is 30 days - nothing less. Those guests who choose to rent for 4 consecutive months or longer, may request special rates. This unit has a large great room with spacious balcony, kitchen, dinette, and half-bath. High end finishes include bamboo flooring, granite, and new stainless kitchen appliances. The 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor - each with its own queen size pillow top bed (new 2013), bath, ceiling fans, and large closets. Ladies don't hesitate to bring all of your favorite outfits - there is plenty of closet space. Both baths are outfitted with full wood cabinets with granite counter tops. One of the valuable (and rare) features of this unit is an attached 10 x 20 single car garage. The garage not only protects the finish of your car, but also keeps guests and their packages from getting wet should a storm arise. In addition, there is an additional dedicated parking space directly facing the garage. Sunset Reef is located conveniently to virtually anything you need. The closest grocery is a 5 minute drive, and numerous gourmet restaurants are within a 15 minute drive. In addition, if you are a yoga participant, there are beachfront yoga classes available in front of the complex.
