The townhouses sit squarely on the widest beach on Florida's Gulf Coast with direct access to lovely garden grounds, pool, and the beach. It is part of a small complex of two 25-unit buildings located side-by- side, with the Intercoastal waterway on one side, and the beautiful Gulf beach with its spectacular sunsets on the other. This townhouse features a large master bedroom on the second floor with an en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a vanity with double sinks, a large mirror, and a toilet. The carpeted bedroom has two full closets, a king-sized bed, and a small television set. A small balcony right off the master bedroom offers lovely views of the beach. A second carpeted bedroom with two double futons, full closet, and a ceiling fan can also be found upstairs. Adjacent to the bedroom is another bathroom, with a full-sized tub/shower, single sink vanity with mirror, and toilet. Upstairs youâll also find a full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, and vacuum cleaner. The entire main floor is tiled, and there youâll find a charming kitchen, renovated in 2012, complete with modern appliances, a stainless steel farmhouse sink, and Caesarstone quartz countertops. There is also a coffee maker, an iPod dock, and all the necessary equipment to prepare a gourmet meal. Just off the kitchen is a lovely dining table with room for four, and a sliding glass door to let in the wonderful beach air. Also on the main floor is a half bathroom, with a toilet, sink, and mirror. The living area on the main floor hosts a large day bed/sofa, as well as two leather chairs, a coffee table, and a generous bookshelf stocked with summer reading material. The living room also has a television with cable, DVD player, and stereo system. Just off of the living area is a generous balcony with a small table and seating. It is a great place to have your morning coffee, people-watch, or enjoy a libation. Guests of the townhouse also have access to the on-site pool, and can also take advantage of the one-car garage, as well as the corresponding parking space in front of the garage. A flight of tile stairs is the only access to the main living quarters. The town of Redington Shores is a charming residential beach community with shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. A town trolley will take you from your door to anywhere from Clearwater to St. Petersburg.
