Welcome to desert oasis, the newest vacation rental property from Luv-Surf. Nestled in the quiet, gated community of St. Augustine in Rancho Mirage, CA, this 3,650 sq. ft. home provides all the comforts of home to make your desert vacation unforgettable. This three bedroom, two-full/two-half bath estate pays tribute to old world, Spanish architecture, while at the same time possessing all the modern upgrades to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Luv Surf, LLC is a sustainable, eco-friendly company, and we are proud to say this house contains low-voltage lights and is completely solar powered. In addition, the house offers free wi-fi and four flat screen LCD HD TVs with regular programming channels throughout the house. It features a two-car garage and extra parking space. As you walk through a wrought-iron gate and stone archways to the main private courtyard, you will see vines and bougainvillea cascading across the exterior walls. A lemon and orange grove adorn the east side of the house. Stroll the neighborhood and take in the snow-capped San Bernardino mountains. Upon entering this pet-friendly abode, you will find a game room, complete with pool table, shuffle board, flat screen TV and gas fireplace. A ping pong table is also available for set up. Walk past the wet bar and into the gourmet kitchen, which boasts travertine tile floors, island gas range, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, including coffee maker with grinder. The rustic dining table seats eight comfortably. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with front-load washer and dryer. A glass door walk-in pantry allows for sufficient food storage for long-term renters. Kick back and relax on either of the two large leather sofas in the living room, in front of another flat screen TV and gas fireplace---great for lounging on those cool desert nights. The study, with outdoor grove access, features a large antique desk and hutch, printer, and chase lounge. Itâs the perfect place for catching up on those emails, or for reading a book from the adjacent, full-stocked hallway book shelf. A formal dining room with large table that seats 10, eclectic art, and chandelier is perfect for those holiday meals with the family. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and mirrored closet, and the other âkidsâ room features full bunk beds. The rooms are connected through an adjoining full bathroom, yet each bedroom has its own private sink and vanity area. The majestic master bedroom is decorated in rich chocolate browns and features a king-sized bed and french doors leading to the backyard. The master bathroom contains a private toilet, his and her sinks, glass stand-up shower and garden tub. A large walk-in closet will provide you all the room you need for your purchases from the river at Rancho Mirage, a popular shopping destination less than 10 minutes from the house. The private outdoor fenced-in backyard area is truly a paradise and is the perfect place for entertaining guests. Access it through the kitchen, game room or master bedroom. A large patio seating area allows for shaded dining, next to a stainless steel gas grill. A spill-over jacuzzi heats the pristine pool, which is situated next to additional poolside seating and umbrella. Desert oasis is conveniently located less than two miles from shopping, grocery stores, gas stations, banks and various eateries. If youâre attending a sports event, or just looking to practice your swing, desert oasis is in close proximity to Dinah Shore Golf Course, Pete Dye Resort Golf Course, Tahquitz Golf Course, as well as Mission Hills Croquet and Tennis Villa, Morningside Country Club, the Springs Country Club, Rancho Mirage CountryCclub, and Date Palm Country Club.
