Walk into the light and open relaxing front living room with wall to wall windows, furnished with comfortable deep cushioned sofas and a fireplace and. Perfect for reading a good book or playing games with the family. Move along into the beautifully decorated 'Tommy Bahama' Style Dinning Room which seats 12 people comfortably and is easily accessible to the newly renovated kitchen. The kitchen has black granite countertops, custom lighting, soft closing drawers, very large pantry closet, and all of the amenities of a modern day kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast nook furnished with custom built island cart and Restoration Hardware style stools. This bright and sunny room overlooks out to the tropical manicured fenced back yard and to the 'Captains Lounge' -Media/ Family Room. The 'Captain's Lounge' is the perfect place for all your friends and family to gather after a fun day at the beach and enjoy drinks, Movies on the 60' Flat Screen HDTV and lounge on the comfortable sectional sofa. Bedroom #2 ' The Coral Suit' Includes a King Size bed with Beauty Rest Black Label Mattress and 2 closets. Bedroom #3 and #4 each have 2 beautiful double beds, large closets, ample floor space and plenty of natural lighting. You will never feel crowded in these huge rooms! On this floor you will also find a full bath with tub and shower and a fully stocked linen closet. You will notice throughout the house beautiful photographs of the Island taken by a local artist, commissioned specifically for this Beach House. When you are out exploring the Island try to find these unique landmarks! When you are ready to have some fun walk into the huge 2 car garage stocked with everything you need for your perfect vacation including: Beach Towels. Beach Chairs, Beach Cart, Beach Umbrellas, Beach Toys, Coolers,Fishing Equipment and Cart,Golf Clubs as well as a Pool Table and Dart Board. The garage is also where you will find the washer and dryer and an extra Refrigerator. The driveway is very large and will fit 4 cars and a boat. The back yard is private, safe and quiet. surrounded by a fence and tropical landscaping. Ideal for families with children and/or pets. You will enjoy a Gas BBQ Grill, patio table, chairs and umbrella and outdoor lounge seating. Here you will gaze at the stars and listen to the ocean! When you are ready to head out the beach you can walk or bike 2 short blocks to your private beach. This pristine golden sunrise beach boasts shimmering turquoise waters, beautiful wild sawgrass sand dunes, and an array of sea life including Dolphins and Saltwater Fish. Relax, Swim, Surf, Shell or Fish right on the beach and feel free to bring your Dog! When you are ready for a change of scenery, head over to Jaycee Park a short 5 block walk form the beach house. This beautiful Indian River Park includes a man made white powder sandy beach, boat slips and docks, swimming area, picnic and BBQ area, state of the art playgrounds including a water/ splash park, beach volleyball, basketball, tennis courts, public restrooms and a large grassy open field. Don't forget to bring your Jet Skis, Kayaks, SUP's or Boats for easy access to the open Atlantic ocean or just a fun time on the crystal blue waters of the river! Hutchinson Island's 23 miles of beautiful unspoiled beaches hosts a wide variety of restaurants, museums, bars, marinas, beach rentals, sports fishing, public beaches and parks, tennis, playgrounds and golf.
