This two bedroom condo will accommodate up to 6 guest, with two private bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Your condo will include a washer/dryer and balcony. Fairfield Harbour sits along the banks of the Neuse River in charming New Bern, a city dating back to 1710. Youâll enjoy a full array of amenities here, ranging from land and water sports to river cruises, live entertainment and more â as well as the chance to explore almost 300 years of historical treasures, including hundreds of homes and shops listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Car recommended: some activities in walking distance, but most of resort is a campus-like setting Beach is about an hourâs drive away The Harbour Pointe Golf Course is open. The Shoreline Golf Course is closed. Please contact the guest services staff for more information. Amenities Outdoor Swimming Pool 3 Lakes Exercise Equipment Boating Game Room Picnic/BBQ Area Marina Indoor Swimming Pool 2 Outdoor Tennis Courts Indoor Hot Tub Fishing Playground Miniature Golf Sailing (seasonal) Calendar: Please contact me for availability as I do not update the calendar daily. Availability does change by the minute, making it hard to keep updated. Policies: I do require two night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner. I do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover to make a reservation and I will mail you a receipt to sign and return to me. Cancellation Policy: Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, Goodbuy Timeshare will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments. Rates will vary depending on season, weekend/holidays, number of nights requested and time of booking. I do strongly suggest that you make your reservation while the availability is there! ****I do not update my calendar daily as availability does change by the minute*** Need something smaller or how about something a little larger?
